Charges: Obtaining Property by False Pretense

On 10/4/2016, Matthew and Marlena Hall were in the Walmart located at 2908 HWY 70 East, when they removed various items from the shelves (totaling $ 101.49) and shortly after returned them to customer service for cash. Both were detained without incident and were arrested.
