UNC Wayne Health Announces First Baby of 2025

UNC Wayne Health is excited to introduce their New Year’s Baby, Malachi! Born January 1 at 2:09 AM, the little bundle of joy weighed 8 pounds and measured 20 inches long. Malachi is the son of Michaela Bechard and has a proud, 5-year-old big sister.
