Do you recognize any leaders in this picture? You should! There are many!

Wayne County's Chamber of Commerce Junior Leadership Council represents public, private and home schools in Wayne County; and are photographed here with Mayor Allen, Councilmember Williams, Councilmember Broadaway, City Manager Scott Stevens and the City of Goldsboro Department Heads. After a competitive game of "Friendly Feud" and some dialogue with City leaders on priorities, the Juniors continued their quest of Government & Law by visiting the Goldsboro Police Department, Wayne County Sheriff's office, a meeting with the District Attorney, Matt Delbridge and Wayne County's 911 Center. The Chamber's program is a successful replica of the Leadership Program. Their desire is to show future leaders what Wayne County has to offer in an effort to remind them of all the opportunities they have in their own hometown. The Junior Leadership Class of 2016/2017 will graduate in May. Applications for the 2017/2018 school year will be available in August at the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce or your local High School.
