Goldsboro Stabbing at D&C Mart on Elm St.

On 10/03/2016 Goldsboro Police Department “A” Shift officers responded to 1007 E. Elm St. in reference to someone being stabbed. Kevin Sauls reported that he was standing at D&C Mart on Elm St. when he was approached by two known suspects. The suspects, Levi Cunningham and Jake Cunningham, approached him. The Cunninghams stabbed the victim twice and struck and kicked the victim multiple times. The suspects fled east on Elm St. and north on Dale St.

The Goldsboro Police Department Investigators responded. Warrants were secured for Levi and Jake Cunningham for Attempted Murder.

Shortly after the incident both suspects were arrested at 205 Linwood Ave by Goldsboro Police “A” Shift. Each suspect is being held under a $500,000.00 bond.
