Volunteer Tutors Needed!

Literacy Connections is looking for people with a desire to help their neighbors grow and learn. You can help by becoming a one-on-one tutor for an adult student.

· Tutors can meet with a student in person or virtually.

· Tutoring schedules are flexible in order to meet student’s and tutor’s needs.

We only ask for two hours a week!

· Tutors will gain teaching experience.

· We provided training and support. No prior teaching or tutoring experience necessary.

· Ongoing coaching and support is available in person or online.

· Tutors will have opportunities to network with fellow tutors.

Prospective tutors should be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
