4th- First Friday Beth Hill’s A Trip to Israel: Images and Icons Opening Reception 6-8 pm at 139 W. Walnut Street. Hill's most recent paintings are inspired by a visit to Israel and include personal reflections of this devotional encounter.

5-8 yo: MEXICO: Campers will create Aztec Sun Stones!
9-12 yo: AFRICA: Campers will play the Djembe!
13-15 yo: ASIA!! Campers will practice photography. Phone or tablet camera required.
8th-10th
5-8 yo: JAPAN!! Campers will create with the influence of the Pop Artist, Takashi Murakami!
9-12 yo: UNCHARTED! Campers will draft a map of their own created lands!
13-15 yo: ENGLAND! Campers will create Op Art!
15th-17th
5-8 yo: ENGLAND! Campers will use polymer clay to sculpt cherry pies!
9-12 yo: BRAZIL! Campers will create Brazil's Carnival Masks!
13-15: TANZANIA! Campers will create collages!
Now-August 31st- NC Freedom Fest Student Art Contest Finalists on display at Wayne County Public Libraries.
