Arrest Made in Wayne County Sexual Assault Case

On 07/11/2016 the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individual.

CHARGE(S): Statutory Sex Offense

NARRATIVE:

On 07/10/16 Wayne County Sheriff’s Office received a report of Sexual Assault involving a 15 year old female. It was reported that the victim was known by the suspect. The report indicated this was an ongoing occurrence for the past two years. The following day the report was assigned to the Investigative Division. After an

all-day investigation warrants were secured on the above listed individual. The suspect was located at his residence that evening and arrested without incident and placed in custody at the Wayne County Jail.
