CHARGE(S): Assault With a Deadly Weapon With Intent to Kill Inflicting Serious Injurty

BRIEF NARRATIVE: On July 4, 2016, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office was called to a shooting at 957 Old Grantham Road in Goldsboro, NC. Investigation showed Steven Brian Perkins had been shot by Silas Henry Perkins. A warrant was obtained. Silas Henry Perkins was arrested on July 5, 2016 and placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
