On 06/18/16 at approximately 2349hrs Officers of C Shift attempted to contact a subject riding a bicycle in the area of A St and N George St carrying a large bag. The subject attempted to flee from the Officer and was apprehended along the railroad tracks near A St. Once detained it was found that the subject was in possession of a large amount of frozen meat belonging to Neese’s Country Sausage of 2009 US Hwy 117 N Bypass. Officers responded and located vehicle break-ins at the business. Roger Raynor was arrested and charged.
