A Reason to Give
Food and goodies are needed to help wages assemble bags for the nutrition program participants. We need help from all of the Community to make this a successful program. Letters to Santa
The Arts Council of Wayne County has a direct line to the man in red. Drop your Letters to Santa in the magic mail drop in front of The Arts Council, so his elves can pick them up and deliver them to Santa, personally. Christmas By Starlight
The Starlight Dance Band will be hosting an evening of Big Band music for your listening and dancing pleasure at the Herman Park Center. For more than 25 years The Starlight Dance Band has taken the music of Basie, Ellington, Miller and others with the sounds of the Holiday season to lift spirits and move feet. Dress is casual. Cliff’s of the Neuse Annual Christmas
Flotilla and Tree Lighting Event
The park staff and Friends of Cliffs of the Neuse will host the event that will feature a flotilla on the lake; pizza, drinks, and chips with chili will be served at the concession; with the annual Christmas Tree lighting and a visit from Santa Claus. To enter a small craft in the flotilla (no gas engines) please contact the park office at 919-778-6234.
