Second Suspect Wanted in Goldsboro Store Robbery and Shooting

The following subject is wanted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office

Wanted Person : Ervin Lee Waters Jr. Black Male Age 19 , 5-08 , 190 lbs Brown eyes and Black Hair Stays in the area of Woodside Mobile Home Park off Tommy’s Road in Goldsboro NC

Subject is wanted for Attempted Murder , Armed Robbery , Kidnapping and Breaking and Entering – these charges are the result of an investigation

Into the robbery & shooting at the Handy Mart #115 on US 13 North back on July 11th , 2016 Anyone with information on this subjects location is asked to call the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office at 919-731-1481 or Crime Stoppers at 735-2255. Other suspect still at large is : Tyquellas Thompson B/M Age 18 also lives in Woodside Mobile Home Park off Tommy’s Road
