Tickets On Sale Now for the First Ever Cures for the Colors Gala

Southeastern Cancer Care is holding its first-ever Cures for the Colors Gala and Reverse raffle on April 15th, 2023, at the Maxwell Center in Goldsboro at 6:00 PM. Tickets are on sale now at www.southeasterncancercare.org for $60 per person. A ticket includes entry into the event, a delicious 3-course meal, a drink ticket, and entry into the reverse raffle with a prize of over $1,000. All proceeds from the gala will help provide basic living essentials for cancer patients in Wayne County and the greater Eastern North Carolina area.

Dr. Samer Kasbari, a long-time advocate and supporter of Southeastern Cancer Care, said, " I am excited about this new way to support Southeastern Cancer Care and rally the community around the needs of patients. This event is going to be a great way to showcase the impact Southeastern Cancer Care has on people all over Eastern North Carolina. Attendees will hear stories from patients and see how their support has helped patients. Seating is limited, so don’t wait long to get your tickets."

Southeastern Cancer Care was founded in 2011 by the doctors at Southeastern Medical Oncology. The doctors saw firsthand the need to support cancer patients financially as they battled their cancer diagnosis so that patients would not have to choose between treatment and basic living essentials. Southeastern Cancer Care is a 501 C 3 organization dedicated to providing gas cards, grocery cards, and help with utility bills and oncology prescriptions. 100% of the funds raised go directly to cancer patients and their families. Southeastern Cancer Care runs completely off monetary donations and volunteers’ time and resources.
