Speak Up For Your Health Community Health Needs Assessment April 22nd-June 7th
It’s time to speak up for your health and shape the future of how our community receives healthcare. Wayne County will be joining other communities in Eastern North Carolina by taking part in the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The CHNA is a survey that works to identify the health needs and priorities of our diverse community.
Participating in this survey is more than just answering questions; it's an opportunity to influence positive change and contribute to the development of targeted health programs and services that address our unique needs. Your input will guide healthcare providers, policymakers, and community organizations in making informed decisions that can improve the overall well-being of our community.
Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to Wayne County, your perspective is important. The survey covers a range of topics, from access the healthcare services and chronic disease management to mental health and lifestyle choices. By taking a few minutes to complete the survey, you can help ensure that our community’s health needs are accurately identified and addressed.
The survey is completely anonymous, so please feel free to share your thoughts and experiences openly.
