DITR' Farrah

FARRAH

Breed: Chihuahua Mix DOB: (10/28/14)

Farrah’s eyes tell her story, but they are looking brighter every day as she learns to love and trust again.

Farrah is very sweet but scared of everyone, at first! She just wants to be with her person all the time! She is totally house-trained and very rarely marks anything anymore! She weighs just 10 lbs and her coat is looking much better now that she is eating good food and being properly cared for.

She would be fine in a home with no dogs or other dogs. And she is fine with cats! Since she is a bit fearful, we recommend that she lives in a home with no small children.

Farrah has been to the groomer once and did great; she will have a repeat performance soon!! She is crate-trained and is fine with being crated, with a small treat!

As an older dog, her hearing is not what it may have been in the past, but she gets around just fine! She sleeps all night, in her crate!! Her teeth are in pretty good shape and she has even had her hernia repaired!

Farrah is now up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped and being maintained on monthly heartworm & flea/tick prevention.

Farrah loves to go on walks with her foster mom and she has come a long way on her leash training.

Farrah is being fostered by Diamonds in the Ruff Canine Rescue (DITR) An application is required along with a home visit and small adoption fee.

* Fenced in yard required (no invisible or electric fencing) * Applicants must be 25 yrs. or older.
