Brutus is a beautiful 4 year old Lab/Hound Mix and weighs about 65 lbs. The best thing about Brutus is his full body wiggle when you say his name!

Brutus is relearning basic commands, so far, he has mastered SIT & DOWN. He plays well with other dogs, loves people and is even learning to accept chickens as friends. Brutus likes to chase cats so no cats in his new household.

Brutus is well mannered, loves his walks, and enjoys a good game of tug! He loves to play fetch with a ball, but his idea of fetch is you throw the ball then you chase him to get the ball back.

Brutus is completely house-trained and although crate-trained he prefers to not be in a crate.

Brutus is incredibly sweet and is happy to just cuddle up next to you while you watch TV or read a book. He is a fun-loving boy, content to lounge around in the house or bask out in the sun.

Brutus is being fostered by Diamonds in the Ruff Canine Rescue (DITR) An application is required along with a home visit and small adoption fee.

* Fenced in yard required (no invisible or electric fencing) * Applicants must be 25 yrs. or older.

All DITR dogs are fostered in homes and are INDOOR dogs.

Being a responsible dog owner means teaching your dog to be a good house pet and putting in the time and effort to make them a part of the family.
