Diamond in the Ruff's Peaches
Breed: Jack Russell Mix
Welcome Peaches! She is a year old and weighs about 10 lbs. And how could we introduce her with0ut mentioning how beautiful she is!
Berkeley Vet Clinic has completely vetted her and she stayed at the office for some special TLC. Now she is in her DITR foster home to begin a new journey. Because she was not socialized in her early days, we know it will take lots of love and time before she can be adopted. Foster Mom will be sure to provide all that she needs.
Peaches is shy of new people, but she loves to play with the other foster fur-friends in the home. She even tolerates obnoxious puppies! Peaches is coming out of her shell little by little. She likes to be close to the people she trusts – and has starting to ask for lap time.
Peaches enjoys play time running around the big backyard at her foster home. She is learning how to walk on a leash properly so she will go for walks before you know it.
After a hard play session, Peaches likes to chill in her dog bed or in the lap of her caregiver. She also loves treats!
Peaches is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed and being maintained on monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention.
Peaches deserves an experienced owner that will continue to train her to become the dog we all know she can be. Love and patience will win this girl over.
If you can provide Peaches with the loving, permanent home that she deserves, please fill out an adoption application today!
