School’s out, summer is here, and for book lovers, that means one thing: it is time to stock up! Literacy Connections’ upcoming Book Sale at Terrace Room is the perfect chance to discover your next favorite read or uncover hidden treasures, and fill your shelves for summer. From children’s books and beach reads to classics, bestsellers, and unexpected finds, there is something for every kind of reader, but once it is gone, it’s gone!

Beyond the thrill of “just one more book,” summer reading also plays an important role in helping children avoid the summer slide and stay engaged while school is out. Putting great books into young hands can spark imagination, strengthen skills, and help students return to school ready to learn.

Best of all, every purchase supports literacy programs in our community, helping children, adults, and families build brighter futures. So mark your calendar, shop early, and join us in turning a love of books into lasting impact. Our last sale completely sold out, so come early for the best selection.
