Exclusively You is a private fitness studio, offering personal training, group fitness, meal planning, and Lazy Gator CBD products. We offer virtual training and classes online.

We are all certified and insured. It is very important to know who you are working with as we believe health and fitness is a lifestyle. It is total mind, body, and spirit. Workouts and nutrition isn’t a one size fits all. We detail a plan exclusively for you.

We have trainers to help reach any goals, helping with weight loss, toning, building muscle, and we can train those with injuries or special needs. I am a proud veteran so we are pleased to work with the military and their spouses. We can help you pass that PT test. We also offer a variety of classes: HIIT Circuits, Pilates, Pi-Yo, Strong Nation, Cardio Dance, Yoga, and Bootcamp.

We offer a FREE consultation to find out your goals. We also assess your current health. We do a complete body analysis on you. There are no contracts or hidden fees. It is all month to month and very straight forward pricing.

We are a fun, warm, extremely clean, and friendly atmosphere. I went into business on my own as a private studio because I used to be obese and I know how it felt to walk thru a gym with a bunch of people looking. My daughter also has a rare medical condition.
