The Goldsboro Police Department Investigations Division responded. Upon further investigation Kenneth Williams was charged with one count of Statutory Rape. A warrant was secured.

The Goldsboro Police Department’s ”C” Shift arrested Mr. Williams at his residence at 1713 Palm St. He was transported to the Wayne County Magistrates Office and is being held under a $1,000,000.00 bond.
