Ground Breaking for new Maxwell Regional Agricultural & Convention Center

County and City Officials broke ground yesterday for the $18-million dollar Maxwell Regional Agricultural & Convention Center and Farmer's Market. The project was a collaborative effort between the County of Wayne and the City of Goldsboro.
