BRIEF NARRATIVE: Over the course of the last three months detectives with the Wayne County Drug Unit have been investigating the above listed suspect in connection with the sale of Heroin in Wayne County. On July 12th, 2016 members with the Wayne County Drug Unit along with the Wayne County ACE Team initiated a traffic stop of the above listed suspect for a speeding violation. During the course of the traffic stop approximately three ounces of heroin, which would relate to 2,666 individual bags with a street value of $53,000 was found on the suspect. The suspect was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $2,000,000 dollar secured bond.
