Colonel Slocumb passes guidon on to Colonel Dickens

SEYMOUR JOHNSON AIR FORCE BASE, N.C. -- Col. Mark Slocum, 4th Fighter Wing commander, passes the guidon to Col. Richard Dickens, incoming 4th Operations Group commander, June 20, 2016, at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina.
