On 6-15-16, Goldsboro Police Department Officers charged: Hassan Dupree Best of 103 South Becton Lane, Goldsboro, NC with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule VI (Marijuana), Possession of Schedule II (Cocaine) and Maintain a Vehicle for Controlled Substance.
