Arrest made on East Walnut St

On 6-12-16 at approximately 0910 hrs. D Shift Officers responded to a Breaking and Entering in progress at 514 E. Walnut St. that was called in by a concerned citizen. When Officers arrived on scene Jerome Ceaser was located in a shed on the property and had already removed a lawn mower from the property. Ceaser was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering (F) and Larceny after Breaking and Entering (F) and placed under a $6,500.00 secured bond pending his first appearance on 6-13-16 at 1330 hrs.
