Crawfish Bread

Pan Mixture:
1pack of frozen tails
1/4 cup fine diced
1 table spoon garlic
1/2 stick of butter
1 small can of hot Rotel

1 tablespoon Tony’s seasoning



Cheese Mix:
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 cup Monterey jack & cheddar w/jalapeño

2 table spoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 healthy squeeze of lemon



1 loaf of split fresh garlic bread. Sauté all the pan ingredients minus crawfish on medium low till the onions are tender. Add crawfish and cook until crawfish are warm, then turn off.


In separate bowl stir cheese mix. Add pan ingredients to cheese. Now open garlic bread. Spread mix evenly over both sides. Bake @ 350 about 7 minutes until cheese is bubbly around the corners.
