Hi! I’m Missy Reads

I am excited to announce the launch of the Missy Reads Blog and welcome you to YOUR CREATIVE NOOK! Grab a cup of coffee or tea, and pull up a comfy chair and join me as I explore all things literacy from A to Z. This is an open space of sharing your creative self, through unlimited learning and literacy.

Love of reading, love of learning, power of voice, health, financial, and digital literacy are just some examples of content you will find on the Missy Reads Blog, contributed by people from all walks of life.

There are so many ways to look at this very important societal cure-all, literacy. When individuals learn how to read, write, do basic math and use computers, they have the power to lift themselves out of poverty, lower health care costs, find and keep sustainable employment, and ultimately change their lives. The possibilities are endless! I’m by no means an expert, but I’m here to answer your questions and give you a place to share your voice of experience and love of literacy as we learn from each other.
