Hillary Clinton visiting Raleigh for campaign rally

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Hillary Clinton is coming to North Carolina in her bid to capture the state's electoral votes for a Democrat for just the second time since 1976.
The presumptive Democratic nominee for president scheduled a rally Wednesday afternoon at an exposition center at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds in Raleigh. The former secretary of state and first lady last visited North Carolina the day before the state's March 15 presidential primary.
The campaigns of Democratic gubernatorial nominee Roy Cooper and U.S. Senate nominee Deborah Ross say they won't be attending Clinton's event.
Republican Gov. Pat McCrory didn't attend Donald Trump's rally in Greensboro last week but participated in a fundraiser for the GOP beforehand with Trump.
Barack Obama won North Carolina's electoral votes in 2008.
