Downtown Goldsboro Lights Up Essay Contest

Let your little one submit an essay of 250-300 words about why they love Downtown during the holiday season. Two writers will be selected to read their essays at Downtown Lights Up on Nov. 24th. Kids 3rd – 5th grade are welcome to enter. Mail essays by Nov. 19th to Downtown Goldsboro, 219 N. John St. Goldsboro, NC 27530.

Ribbon Cutting – Center Street Streetscape

Join the City of Goldsboro and Downtown Goldsboro merchants, as they celebrate the completion of the Center Street Streetscape Project. Enjoy live entertainment, a giant ribbon cutting, special guests and more. Stick around and shop or dine in our favorite downtown businesses. USAF Heritage Brass Band

The United States Air Force Heritage of America Band is proud to present Heritage Brass, a pioneering symphonic brass ensemble. Bringing the military tradition of brass and percussion to the concert stage, Heritage Brass presents programs that are both exhilarating and intimate.
