Goldsboro Resident Needs Your Support

This is something I never imagined I would be doing. My youngest son who is 4 years old recently fell ill and what we thought was a stomach bug with a headache turned into a parents worse nightmare.

On last week he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He is currently at Duke Childrens Hospital in Durham NC. He will need surgery/chemotherapy/radiation. His father who is active duty army flew immediately in from California to join us.

This has been very heartbreaking and stressful. Ive always had trouble asking for help because im used to working to get what I need. A blessing is that Tricare through the army has covered his medical expenses however I will eventually have to take leave without pay from my employment to take care of him.

If my leave without pay is denied unfortunately my employment will be terminated. Anything will help with travel expenses, home expenses ,bills. etc. And even if you cant give anything a prayer would be appreciated. Please share! Thank you!
