BRIEF NARRATIVE: On Sunday July 17, 2016, North East Baptist Church in Pikeville, NC reported a Break in to Wayne County Sheriff's Deputies. After further investigation, it was found that Ms. Spence was responsible for the aforementioned charges. Ms. Spence was located and arrested at Food Lion on NC Hwy 111 S. She was then transported and booked into the Wayne County Detention Center.
