Warming Our Neighbors Through the Love of the Son...

The First Baptist Churches of Goldsboro and Mt. Olive are teaming up this year to bring you Warm the World, which is an event that includes other churches, civic groups and the community for their interest and participation to help in a life changing event.

Warm the Word is all about helping others in need by handing out free gently used and new coats, hats, gloves, blankets, sleeping bags and more!

Due to conflicting schedules, this year’s event will be held on different dates in Goldsboro and Mt Olive. Mt Olive’s Warm the Word will be held on Saturday, November 7th at the First Baptist Church in Mt. Olive, 300 Chestnut St. The event starts at 9a.m. For more information and how you can help or donate call 919-658-2062.

The Goldsboro Warm the World event will be held on Saturday, November 14th at the First Baptist Church of Goldsboro, 125 S. John St. Breakfast begins at 8a.m. For more details on how you can help or donate call 919-735-2515.
